AN ASSISTANCE CENTER OPERATING 24/7
A professional team of medical and logistical regulators is on standby 24 hours a day to respond to our customers’ calls and intervene as soon as the request is received.
To this end, our Assistance Centre has a wide range of specialised resources and means at its disposal.
24/7 hotline
A team of medical and logistical assistance officers, trained in regulation, has access to a large, relevant and up-to-date database to be available to our customers 24 hours a day and ensure professional monitoring.
24/7 Medical Regulation Service
A team of regulation doctors and nurses, under the responsibility of the medical director, work around the clock to ensure confidential direct contact with people needing assistance and to discuss the situation with all those involved (families, GPs, various professionals and decision-makers) in order to assess the seriousness and urgency of the situation and recommend the best solution based on the data and circumstances at the time.
Network of approved service providers
Throughout Cameroon, more than 1,600 professionals in various fields, mainly in health sector, have signed a partnership agreement with CAS to provide care for the people entrusted to them, in the best possible conditions of comfort and safety, at defined costs.
Response teams
Based on a number of criteria and experience on the field, the Medical Regulation and Operations Departments select a team of professionals to carry out one-off missions (visiting a patient’s bedside, escorting during ambulance transport or MEDEVAC by air, etc.) in accordance with the rules of the trade. At the end of each mission, an evaluation of the performance and quality of service is recorded by the Assistance Centre.Â
A NETWORK OF PARTNERS AROUND THE WORLDÂ Â
In order to provide the best possible assistance and help to women and men who are travelling increasingly, and further and further away, for professional or private reasons, we maintain a network of partners throughout the world.
NETWORK OF LOCAL CORRESPONDENTS
To understand local realities and intervene judiciously in one-off operations, the Assistance Centre relies on a network of known correspondents or occasional service providers based locally.
NETWORK OF PARTNERS ABROAD
In addition to the international assistance companies we represent in Cameroon and sub-Saharan Africa region, we maintain a network of service providers and correspondents based in several countries around the world to extend our action for the benefit of our customers.
